Alfa Romeo 147 Spare Parts (Type 937, 2000 to 2010)
The Alfa Romeo 147 is one of the most successful and at the same time most acclaimed model lines in recent brand history. Introduced in June 2000 at the Turin Motor Show, it already won the European Car of the Year title in 2001 as the last Alfa Romeo to receive this award. As a compact class model with distinctive design and sporting character, it continued the tradition of the 145 and 146 and remained in production until being replaced by the Giulietta Type 940 in May 2010. A total of 651,823 examples were built at the Pomigliano d'Arco plant. Our range covers original spare parts and carefully selected reproductions for all body and engine variants, including the 147 GTA flagship.
The History of the Alfa Romeo 147
The 147 was developed under design chief Walter de Silva at Centro Stile Alfa Romeo, with significant contributions from Wolfgang Egger and Andreas Zapatinas. Characteristic features are the prominent Scudetto, the rear door handles integrated into the roof pillars as on the Alfa 156, and the low drag coefficient of 0.32. Market launch was in November 2000 with the three door, with the five door variant following in May 2001. In late 2002 the Multijet common rail diesels with four valve technology were introduced. In spring 2005 the 147 received a facelift with redrawn front in the style of the 159 and Brera models and a revised rear. Production ended in 2010 with the launch of the Giulietta Type 940.

Alfa Romeo 147 GTA as Flagship
With the 147 GTA Alfa Romeo launched in February 2003 a highly sporting flagship version. Customers could choose between a six speed manual gearbox or the Selespeed automated manual with paddle shifters on the steering wheel. ASR traction control was standard. A total of around 5,029 GTA examples were built, of which about 1,004 with Selespeed.
